Default Blood Washes Blood, 2nd time?

So I played thru all of the available quests on the preview weekend. Then I find out that I have to redo a few of them to fill my Heros Handbook, no big deal. I'm down to the last one I need is Blood Washes Blood, and for the life of me I can't figure out how to get the quest again. I spent several hours last night searching lots of forums and wikis and asking in towns.

So what I could really use is a specific location to go to, so that I can get the quest again. I feel like such a noob asking but I'm all out of energy on what should be a very simple thing...

I was in this boat exactly three days ago.

Go to your Hall of Monuments and look in the scrying pool again.

It's like "seek wisdom from the past" or something.
There's a handful of quests you have to relaunch from there.
Blood washes blood was one of them.

Just go into your hall of monuments, and speak to the scrying pool. It'll add the quest to your log.

in fact if you want to repeat all the quest again to fill another book they're all availible in the HoM. Mind you there's faster ways to get 2500 points.

Visit the Lake, and slay the lot! Plenty of Norn points there for little effort or time on the order of 3-5k depending on your luck in bonuses and strategy in heading for the rez shrine Norns.

...until you hit r8. Filling Hero Handbooks is the only guaranteed way of continuing, because even though we can't touch the titles past r8, stocking books (no matter how boring) will add a lot to the titles once we can touch them again. I mentioned in another thread,48 books at r8 will max out any one title, ~3.5 hours raw questing time to fill a book. Get grinding :-p
